During the interview, candidates may be assessed on their qualifications, experience, English language proficiency, and suitability for the role.
- Background Checks: Employers may conduct background checks on selected candidates to verify their credentials, employment history, and criminal record, if applicable. A guarantor will be required for successful candidates.
- Contract and Visa Processing: Upon successful selection, candidates may receive a job offer and contract outlining the terms and conditions of employment. They may also need to go through the visa application process to obtain the necessary work authorization for Spain.
- Travel and Settlement: Once all paperwork is in order, travel arrangements will be made for candidates to Marbella, Spain, and settle into their new role as live-in carer.
